I am writing my feedback after two weeks of my car purchased from CH AUTO. I was not sure about the process to purchase the used car, I have searched Autotrader and found a good car as per my requirement with CH Auto. I have called CH Auto and Mr. Ali has explained the process, and scheduled an appointment for viewing and test drive. Mr. Ali has shown all the option available at that time and suggested to take test drive. We took test drive and immediately liked the car. Mr. Ali has also taken us through all the documents and offered the home delivery free of cost. I am driving my car since last two weeks and its running without any issue. There were some issue with rear parking sensor but Mr. Ali has promised to help me to fix the problem with their trusted auto partner. I would recommend to visit the CH Auto car’s stock if you are looking for the good used cars in Reading. Thanks Ali for helping and choosing the right car for me.

I bought a car from CH Autos and had a few issues with the car. However CH Autos have been nothing but sympathetic with issues. Where the warranty wouldn’t cover the issue ch autos paid for 90% of the cost. Even when I wasn’t fully happy they paid for a health check from my local main dealer who gave the car a full bill of health. Great aftermarket assistance from all CH Auto staff.

Decent, honest and good people. Once I decided to purchase the vehicle the process was quick and painless. They even delivered the car to my door for £60 extra which saved me a lot of hassle. Even I took the car to my local garage and mechanic said the car was solid and had a lot of money spent on it so all in all, I have to say CH are a decent bunch. No complaints.
