I bought a 2010 Vauxhall Astra from CH Auto Sales, and got very unlucky, with the gearbox giving up after about 3 weeks. I phoned up Akram and within a week he and his team had fully repaired everything and got me back on the road without any issues. We bought a car around last week of May, our first choice had issues and decided wasn’t the car for us so we went back with intentions of returning for a full refund. Manager offered a different car slightly more expensive but made us a fair offer. So in the end we took the offer and swapped cars. He did his best to reassure his customers and looked after us very well. He also identified a small problem with one of the passenger doors and promised that he will be sending us a part to have it fixed…. We’re still waiting for thia to happen and hopefully soon. It was a good buying experience for us and will highly recommend this seller.
