We purchased a very nice Honda Civic from these guys. I've waited a few weeks, to give a fair review. There have been no problems at all ! Friendly guys, after a really long journey they invited us in for a coffee and a chat, which was very welcome. The car was ready for us to view, with no pressure at all... Inspected the car and took it on a test drive, then we did the deal. Got a fair price on my part exchange. The car was reasonably priced to start with so I got a great deal... A bargain!! In excellent condition for the age. Engine was clean, new wheels. The inside was extremely clean. This car had low mileage and will go on for years just like my old one. This car was a bit special with leather heated seats, no colour fading on paint work. Exactly as described in the advert. I recommend these guys !

I enquired about a car and questioned the existence of any damage prior to my 200 mIle trip to see it. The salesman had a "can't be bothered" attitude and didn't try to sell me the car at all. I wrote an email in asking if the body work was in a good condition. The salesman was honest about damage that could be seen on the tail gate, but not about the various scratches and scuffs to the front and rear bumpers, and to some of the wheels, that could be seen on enhanced views of each picture. I asked about the possibility, bearing this in mind, of a negotiation with regards to the price, which was £500 too expensive as money would need to be spent fixing it. I got told to look elsewhere "mate", which was the height of rudeness. If this was a sign of things to come, I'm glad I walked away when I did. Appalling service.

Purchased Kia Rio 13/06/23, There were problems with the car ,after phoning Akram , he was polite helpful and a gentleman ,together we have sorted the issues and I must say , now some drunk lady has wrecked the car I may have to go back for another. Many thanks Akram

Turned up to look at the saab convertible. There were a lot of cars there, all pretty dirty. Dusty more than dirty. I looked at the Saab and was really disappointed in the general condition. The reason was I expected it to be much cleaner for £6500. I was so disappointed that I never spoke to anyone, I just walked out. Three hours there and back, sorry not worth that money in that condition. Wish you well selling it though.

Awful experience. Nothing like the advert was advertised. Car was dirty, scratched and dented everywhere. Inside was a mess. Service light kept coming on and the engine was making funny noises. Kept being pushed to buy a car that was nothing like it’s advertisement. Such a shame as i had to travel out for a car that i thought was my dream car to be only disappointed when leaving. Definitely won’t be going back.

After purchasing Nissan note from them, I experienced water leak on the boot of rear seat and back. I felt very bad about them selling vehicles which has to be dumbed because they could not rectify the problem and they could not fix it. When you give them back they take 0.45pence per mile and they took 190pounds as admin fee since it was their mistake that they are selling faulty vehicles. Government has to monitor these agencies because it will continue to cheat people.

Bought a used car and what do u expect about used and old cars. They have bits and pieces to be fix but this CH AUTOSALES garage eased my worries. From the simpliest things that I ask them to fix and even booking the car to a garage to replaced the car part but they did not left me behind and sorted things out. Keep it up guys! Thanks

APPROACH WITH CAUTION!!!! They are pleasant to deal with, but you better hope you buy a car with no faults....unless they can fix the fault for little to no money, they will have you going to 'their trusted garage' until the warranty expires, then tell you it's your problem!

I bought a car from CH Autos in August 2022, following a test drive where I noticed it was difficult to get into gear. However, it became apparent after purchase that sometimes it could not get into gear at all. A local garage confirmed that the clutch was in need of immediate replacement. They also advised me that the car should not have been sold in this condition as it would be considered undriveable i.e. faulty, and that the dealership would have known about this issue given their extensive experience with second hand cars. I contacted the dealership and they agreed to a full refund on the basis of the clutch being faulty and hence technically undriveable. However, upon returning the car they refused to provide a full refund and instead deducted 45p for every mile driven, despite not enquiring about the extra mileage when agreeing to the refund or stipulating any restrictions on its usage or condition prior to return. My opinion of CH Autos is that they are unscrupulous; they knew they were selling on a defective vehicle and then refused to honour a promise to refund it, knowing I had no realistic alternative on the spot. Every subsequent dealership I have contacted were far more professional and thorough in their vehicle checks and general customer engagement. I strongly recommend avoiding CH Autos and looking elsewhere for your next vehicle.
