After purchasing Nissan note from them, I experienced water leak on the boot of rear seat and back. I felt very bad about them selling vehicles which has to be dumbed because they could not rectify the problem and they could not fix it. When you give them back they take 0.45pence per mile and they took 190pounds as admin fee since it was their mistake that they are selling faulty vehicles. Government has to monitor these agencies because it will continue to cheat people.

Bought a used car and what do u expect about used and old cars. They have bits and pieces to be fix but this CH AUTOSALES garage eased my worries. From the simpliest things that I ask them to fix and even booking the car to a garage to replaced the car part but they did not left me behind and sorted things out. Keep it up guys! Thanks

APPROACH WITH CAUTION!!!! They are pleasant to deal with, but you better hope you buy a car with no faults....unless they can fix the fault for little to no money, they will have you going to 'their trusted garage' until the warranty expires, then tell you it's your problem!

I bought a car from CH Autos in August 2022, following a test drive where I noticed it was difficult to get into gear. However, it became apparent after purchase that sometimes it could not get into gear at all. A local garage confirmed that the clutch was in need of immediate replacement. They also advised me that the car should not have been sold in this condition as it would be considered undriveable i.e. faulty, and that the dealership would have known about this issue given their extensive experience with second hand cars. I contacted the dealership and they agreed to a full refund on the basis of the clutch being faulty and hence technically undriveable. However, upon returning the car they refused to provide a full refund and instead deducted 45p for every mile driven, despite not enquiring about the extra mileage when agreeing to the refund or stipulating any restrictions on its usage or condition prior to return. My opinion of CH Autos is that they are unscrupulous; they knew they were selling on a defective vehicle and then refused to honour a promise to refund it, knowing I had no realistic alternative on the spot. Every subsequent dealership I have contacted were far more professional and thorough in their vehicle checks and general customer engagement. I strongly recommend avoiding CH Autos and looking elsewhere for your next vehicle.

Brought a car from here in March, a couple of weeks later we noticed it was pumping out black smoke, took it back to garage who after having the car for almost 3 weeks told us it was fixed, we went to go collect it, my husband looked under the bonnet to find the same bit of metal that had snapped was still floating around in the engine! finally got that fixed after they got a different garage to repair it and after a few more weeks waiting and then the exhaust fell off, we were told that was classed as wear and tear and not under warranty, a couple of days later, the head gasket has broken and we had to be rescued by the rac, rang the garage who have said they can't help as out of warranty. seems they just drag out repairs for aslong as they can to waste your warranty period!

The car was very extensively photographed which we found incredibly helpful. We were happy to travel quite a distance to view and test drive the vehicle. Akram kept the car for us for a short period of time, as promised, after putting down a small deposit of £100. They gave us plenty of time and space to look the car over in detail without them hovering or pressuring us. Very happy with the low mileage and the great condition of the car for its age. In the end, Akram agreed to reduce the asking price by £90 as the cam belt needed to be replaced. Quick and easy transaction. Overall, really pleased with our new car which we bought at a very fair price. Many thanks.

Really friendly and supportive! Being disabled I was struggling with buying a car, and the garage was so welcoming and helped me see and choose the car virtually. And they even brought it to me- in spite of being on the other side of London! Really trustworthy garage. I am now so happy driving around in my little red C1.

I recently bought a C4 Picasso from CH Auto Sales and I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. Very friendly people, didn't keep hassling me to make a decision. I got a nice car at a good price. There was one issue with the car which to be fair they could not have known about but when I contacted them about it there was no problem, they had it fixed good as new the very next day at their expense. All in all a good experience and I have already started recommending them to people because if you can't afford a new car but you would still like a nice car then CH Autos is well worth a look.
