I phoned to express my interest in a certain car and that i would call to view it the following day. I then e mailed CH autos with an eta before i set off ( a 2 hr trip) but when i arrived it had been sold. Not at all pleased ....

Avoid at all costs travelled over an hour to view a car which we paid a deposit for he knew we were coming had nothing ready none of the paperwork or even the keys, car was ok although brakes were loud and he stated this would not be covered in the warranty(not a lot is actually covered in the warranty but if you pay £500 extra then more is covered), service was apparently done by themselves so no paperwork to prove anythingWe decided not to go ahead with buying the car and his attitude completely changed he got very aggressive apparently we wasted his time, can only imagine if we did buy the car and something went wrong regardless if warranty covered it they more than likely wouldn’t care

C H Autos provided me with fabulous service , were very accommodating and helpful in sorting out an issue I had with the car , I found them to be very honest and up front and everything they said they would do they did . Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a car . Thanks again 😜

Totally disappointed about the description and the car how looks like. I went there to see a car and car bodywork had a lot of damages, breaks wasn’t working at all. I can’t imagine someone bought that car and drive away from there or delivered to them. It is better to stay away

Dropped the car off and scarpered. Blink and you would have missed them. After 5 minutes of finding things not mentioned in the listing - and glossed over during the video walkaround - once they'd left it made sense why.Was immediately greeted by 2 inches of water swirling round the spare wheel. On draining the water out broken glass was found, so suspect poorly fitted window.Rear control arms and linkage was all metal on metal, the bushings were non-existent so every minor bump or undulation on the road resulted in clanging. Headliner was hanging off, and rear center console was smashed to bits. This was just day one...In addition, over the next few weeks it needed servicing as the oil was thick and low, brake fluid, coolant, four new springs, new discs, pads, drop links, front ball joints, wipers, an ecu flash to get the awful remap job done off of it, and all the carpets removed, washed, dried and reinstalled as it was missing two lower bungs that allowed water to come up into the car and cause damp/mould.Where were they in this you ask? Nowhere to be seen or heard. On the day of purchase Akram was super responsive, a soon as faults were found complete radio silence. Absolutely 1000% avoid.

Paid a £99 holding fee to hold the car , they contacted me at 10.11 am asking when i can come to see the car. but then sold the car to someone else and cancelled my order, clearly they are not trust worthy and this holding fee is a waste of time with them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! After buying my Fiat Punto 2013 Multijet from this garage, within three weeks it had a massive oil leak that destroyed most of the engine. I called them up as the car was under warranty, they said they’ll pay for repairs if it’s not too expensive (they haven’t paid for any repairs) the car was bought for £4000 and I spent £2000 getting the whole oil system replaced. Timing chain, oil filter, sump, auxiliary belt, having the sump screws rethreaded (there were only two out of three screws and one of them was cross threaded) the list goes on. I’d say I was majorly overcharged for the car too. The car was only used to do a 2.5 mile round trip to work and back 5 days a week, so there’s no way I had caused all that damage in just three weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE!
