Paid a £99 holding fee to hold the car , they contacted me at 10.11 am asking when i can come to see the car. but then sold the car to someone else and cancelled my order, clearly they are not trust worthy and this holding fee is a waste of time with them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! After buying my Fiat Punto 2013 Multijet from this garage, within three weeks it had a massive oil leak that destroyed most of the engine. I called them up as the car was under warranty, they said they’ll pay for repairs if it’s not too expensive (they haven’t paid for any repairs) the car was bought for £4000 and I spent £2000 getting the whole oil system replaced. Timing chain, oil filter, sump, auxiliary belt, having the sump screws rethreaded (there were only two out of three screws and one of them was cross threaded) the list goes on. I’d say I was majorly overcharged for the car too. The car was only used to do a 2.5 mile round trip to work and back 5 days a week, so there’s no way I had caused all that damage in just three weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE!

We purchased a very nice Honda Civic from these guys. I've waited a few weeks, to give a fair review. There have been no problems at all ! Friendly guys, after a really long journey they invited us in for a coffee and a chat, which was very welcome. The car was ready for us to view, with no pressure at all... Inspected the car and took it on a test drive, then we did the deal. Got a fair price on my part exchange. The car was reasonably priced to start with so I got a great deal... A bargain!! In excellent condition for the age. Engine was clean, new wheels. The inside was extremely clean. This car had low mileage and will go on for years just like my old one. This car was a bit special with leather heated seats, no colour fading on paint work. Exactly as described in the advert. I recommend these guys !

I enquired about a car and questioned the existence of any damage prior to my 200 mIle trip to see it. The salesman had a "can't be bothered" attitude and didn't try to sell me the car at all. I wrote an email in asking if the body work was in a good condition. The salesman was honest about damage that could be seen on the tail gate, but not about the various scratches and scuffs to the front and rear bumpers, and to some of the wheels, that could be seen on enhanced views of each picture. I asked about the possibility, bearing this in mind, of a negotiation with regards to the price, which was £500 too expensive as money would need to be spent fixing it. I got told to look elsewhere "mate", which was the height of rudeness. If this was a sign of things to come, I'm glad I walked away when I did. Appalling service.

Purchased Kia Rio 13/06/23, There were problems with the car ,after phoning Akram , he was polite helpful and a gentleman ,together we have sorted the issues and I must say , now some drunk lady has wrecked the car I may have to go back for another. Many thanks Akram

Turned up to look at the saab convertible. There were a lot of cars there, all pretty dirty. Dusty more than dirty. I looked at the Saab and was really disappointed in the general condition. The reason was I expected it to be much cleaner for £6500. I was so disappointed that I never spoke to anyone, I just walked out. Three hours there and back, sorry not worth that money in that condition. Wish you well selling it though.

Awful experience. Nothing like the advert was advertised. Car was dirty, scratched and dented everywhere. Inside was a mess. Service light kept coming on and the engine was making funny noises. Kept being pushed to buy a car that was nothing like it’s advertisement. Such a shame as i had to travel out for a car that i thought was my dream car to be only disappointed when leaving. Definitely won’t be going back.
